In a tragic incident early Wednesday morning, a truck veered off the road and plowed into a healthcare facility in Devens, Massachusetts, resulting in a fatal crash and ensuing blaze. According to the Massachusetts State Police, the deadly collision occurred around 5:50 a.m. on Patton Road.
An authoritative source indicated to NBC10 Boston that the driver, whose identity has not been disclosed, may have committed the act intentionally. It was mentioned that a relative of the driver had previously been a patient at TaraVista Behavioral Health Care Center where the crash took place.
