Tragic Car Incident Claims Life of Toddler in Boston

In a tragic incident in Boston’s Seaport District, a four-year-old girl was struck and killed by a vehicle near the Boston Children’s Museum. The accident occurred on Sunday, March 24th at around 5 PM at the intersection of Congress and Sleeper streets.
The young victim was with her family when she accidently entered the road and was hit by a passing vehicle. She sustained severe injuries in the collision and was quickly transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where she tragically succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The driver involved in the fatal accident has not been publicly identified but remained at the scene following the incident and cooperated with law enforcement officers. The vehicle involved, a Ford F-150 pickup truck, was extensively examined for evidence by investigators and later removed from the location.
Following the heartbreaking event, Boston Police Superintendent Lanita Cullinane expressed gratitude to the local community for assisting both the victim and her family in the aftermath. As of the following Monday morning, there have been no arrests made nor charges filed in relation to the crash. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the specifics of the incident.
